Hey there again! It's Thursday and that means it's Delightful Thursday over at Digital Delights by Louby Loo. Today I'm sharing two cards that I made using the same image. I colored this Little Dumpling image for a baby boy and a baby girl.
Cute, right? I love that you can use this image for both. Wendy also has the Little Dumpling Boy (colored) digi as well as the Little Dumpling Girl (colored) digi, so if you wanted to get them all ready to go you can do that as well.
For my baby boy card I used some paper from Heidi Grace Designs and colored the image with my Copics. The sentiment is one of 6 that comes with the Baby Sentiment Set. I finished it off with a few rhinestones from my stash.
For my baby girl card I used some papers from DCWV and again colored the image with my Copics. The sentiment is from the Baby Sentiments Set as well. I added a little spray of bling that I pulled from my stash.
Check out what my fellow DT members are sharing over on the Digital Delights Blog, then you can take a peek at Delightful Challenges to see what fun they have in store for you this week.

Going Green with CYDI
Well, hello again. It's time for another challenge over at Can You Digi It?. We want you to get your green on! That's right, let's see some green.
For my card I chose this Duck Silhouettes digi by AnnieJDesigns. I thought it would be a great image for a Father's Day card. I know, a bit early for that. Hopefully I'll be able to find this card once Father's Day rolls around. Anyway, the DP is by Reminisce...great paper for guy cards. I ran a piece of ribbon from my stash across the middle and printed out the sentiment from my computer. I sponged some moss green Color Box ink around the image and the sentiment as well.
Head on over to the CYDI? blog and join in the fun. While you're there check out the creations my fellow DT members have to share with you.

Sealed with a Kiss
Hello again! It's Delightful Thursday over at Digital Delights by Louby Loo and today I'm sharing a Valentine's Day card that I made. I have promised myself that I would be on the ball this year, and that means I might actually have a Valentine's Day card done before Valentine's Day! Woohoo!!! So here it is.
I used this wonderful Tree of Love digi and colored it with my Copics. You can get this image pre-colored as well if you prefer that. I paired it with the Sealed with a Kiss sentiment. Perfect for Valentine's Day, right? Now my DP is from BasicGrey and the ribbon and button are from my stash. The twine is from Queen & Co. and was actually a gift from a certain someone (Thank you, thank you!). I also put some Stickles on a few of the hearts as well.
My fellow DT members have some wonderful projects to share with you so please check out the Digital Delights Blog then you can hop on over to Delightful Challenges and see what fun stuff they have in store for you.

Cowgirl Journal
Hello again! I hope you all survived the week ok. We've got another challenge for you over at the Color Me Creative Copic Challenge group. We want to see you use your favorite colors. I didn't make a card this time, today I'm sharing a journal that I altered. I used this cute Wryn - Howdy Cowgirl digi (again) from Tiddly Inks. I just LOVE this digi.
I used this digi a couple of months ago, here, and loved it so much I decided to use it again with some papers that I thought would look cute with it. I colored her using my Copics (R59, R39, R27, R24, R22/E11, E00, E000, R20/E25, E31, E50/B97, B95, B93, B91/E59, E57, E53/E43, E40/Y11/W5, W2, W00/BG10). I just love the combination of reds and blues, especially on this little cowgirl. The DP is from the Paper Studio. The ribbon, buttons, twine, and rhinestone swirl are all from my LCS.
You have until Feb. 1st to play along with us and one randomly chosen winner will receive one of Marti Willis's online classes. Check out the CMC site for more details. Oh, also each entry goes into a monthly drawing for a $50 gift certificate to Oozak.com. So double the chances to win! We'd love to have you play along!

Crafty Catz - Anything But a Card
The Squirrel and the Fox - Anything Goes

I made a little tag for it as well and used some ribbon from my stash on that. I also used some of my pink Stickles around the outside of the image. Girly = sparkly, right?

Cupid Kiddle
It's another Delightful Thursday at Digital Delights by Louby Loo and Wendy's got a new release! You can see all of the cute new digis here. My card features a cute Cupid Kiddles.
Totally cute, right? I colored this image myself, but you can also get Cupid Kiddles (colored) and save yourself some time. I used my Copics to color this sweet image. Actually I think I used every red that I own. The papers are from the Paper Studio and I ran the bottom panel through my sewing machine real quick. I used some pretty ribbon from Paper Temptress, but then covered most of it up with some cute Valentine's buttons from my LCS. The doily, heart shaped rhinestones, and twine are from my LCS as well. Of course I added some Stickles to the image as well. Gotta have some sparkle.
I would love for you to take a few minutes and pop on over to the Digital Delights Blog and see what my fellow DT members are sharing today as well. Then it's a quick trip to Delightful Challenges to see what fun they have for you.

Sprout in Pastels
Well, hello there everyone! I think things have finally settled down from the holidays. Now I've got to get ready for a long 5 day work week. Ugh! Anyway, on to the fun stuff. It's time for another challenge over at the CMC Copic Challenge. This time we want you to use soft pastel colors. Our sponsor is Paper Makeup Stamps, and I used this cute digi, Sprout.
I decided to alter a journal that I got in the cheap-o bin at Michaels. My papers are from Creative Imaginations. I colored her using my Copics (V17, V15, V12, V000/Y23, Y21, Y11, Y00/E11, E00, E000, R20/E25, E31, E50/G24, G20/G00, G0000, Y0000/BG10). The pretty rhinestone flower is from my LCS and the gorgeous peach is Prairie Bird Boutique. Do you just love these flowers? I got them from Wild Orchid Crafts. Pretty spring colors, right? I used my MS punch for the leaves and added some Stickles everywhere.
You have until Jan. 18th to enter this challenge and a randomly chosen winner will receive a $15 gift certificate to Paper Makeup Stamps Online Store! Plus, each entry goes into a monthly drawing for a $50 gift certificate to Oozak.com. How great is that?!

Happy New Year!
Well hello and Happy New Year! I hope you all brought in the new year in style; perhaps with a New Year's kiss.
Yes, this is a Valentine's Day card, but I thought the image would work well for New Year's as well. My card is for the new Sparkle, Sparkle, Sparkle challenge over at Can You Digi It?. I used this Silhouette Couple digi by LilyPink Designs. My DP is by Green Goddess Creations and it's the Hunny Bunny paper pack. Cute, right? I grabbed the ribbon, brad, rhinestones, and charm from my stash. I also added a good coating of Stickles around all of the edges. I do believe that added a bit of sparkle to my card.
Head over here to join the fun and share your Sparkle creations with us. And be sure to check out what my fellow DT members have to share with you as well.
Challenges:
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
The Sweet Stop - Sketch
Stampin' for the Weekend - Anything Goes
