Spring Pretties at CMC

Happy Saturday all!  I hope you all are enjoying your day.  It's challenge time again over at the CMC Copic Challenge.  We want you to color with some pretty spring color combos.  Here is a photo for inspiration.

And here is my card.

I wanted a card that could be mailed easily, so I didn't add a lot of bells and whistles this time.  For my card I used this cute image from Bugaboo Stamps.  I printed this digi onto some Cryogen White Cardstock, then used my Copics to color it (R85, R83,R 81/C1, C00/R20, R00/Y15, Y11/BG10/W5, W2, W00).  The DP is from the Paper Studio.  I used my Spellbinders dies for the banners and added a bit of glitter to finish it off.  The cute egg stamp in the corner is from Stampendous.

Wow, I can't believe it's been a week since my last post.  My mojo was shot for a few days, but I feel it coming back.  Today I'm sharing an Easter card using a digi from Bee Crafty.  I have just listed this card on Etsy.

I used my Copics on the image and the DP is from the Paper Studio.  I used one of my Spellbinder dies for the banner and my MS punches for the butterfly.  The rhinestones are from my stash and the cute Easter egg ribbon is from my LCS.  I made the pin myself and I'm quite happy with it.  I've got to make more of them.

Another Tilda Notepad

Hi again!  Did everyone get gorgeous weather today, or was it just me?  We spent a good bit of the day outside today and enjoyed the sunshine.  I hope you all are getting to enjoy your weekend as well.

Today I'm sharing another Tilda card I made with a sticky notepad in it.  Isn't this stamp just adorable?

I used some Momento Tuxedo Black ink and stamped her onto Cyrogen White Cardstock.  She is colored with Copics and the DP is GCD Designs.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Recollections.  I got the wrinkled ribbon on Etsy and just love it.  I used a couple of Martha Stewart punches, a brad and rhinestones from my stash, and the pretty rhinestone garland is from the bridal section of my LCS.  I finished it off with some Stickles.

Tilda with flowers

Hi everyone!  I've got a real quick post tonight.  I wanted to share a card that I did recently with another Tilda stamp. 

I apologize for this horrible picture.  I'm still trying to figure out how to get some better pics.  I'll get there.

This sweet little Tilda was colored with Copics.  I added some WOC flowers, Recollections flowers, and CC Designs flowers.  I used my MS punches for the leaves and butterflies.  Add some wrinkled ribbon, a button, twine, charm, rhinestones, and Stickles and call it done!

Anything Goes over at CMC

Happy weekend to everyone!  Have you all been enjoying your Saturday so far?  I hope so.  Well, it's time for another challenge over at the CMC Copic Challenge group.  It's an easy one this week...ANYTHING GOES!  Our wonderful sponsor, Spesch Designer Stamps, gave us each an image to use and I chose Wendy.

I used some new DP I got that is from MME.  I just those spring-like colors.  I printed her onto Cryogen White Cardstock, and she is colored with Copics (G24, G21, G20/E99, E97, Y21, Y11/E11, E00, E000, R20/YG63, YG0000/YR65/Y04/R85).  I ran some DCVW white core cardstock through my Cuttlebug and then sanded it a bit.  I added some ribbon and rhinestones from my LCS and finished it off with some Stickles.

Hello again!  I've got a quick post today to share a card I made using a cute image I got from Mo's Digital Pencil. 

The papers are from MME and I have colored her using my Copics.  I stitched the panels, added some ribbon, bling, and a bit of Stickles.  The sentiment is Penny Black.

Love is temporary insanity...

Well, hello strangers.  I've been MIA trying to get accustomed to my new schedule.  We'll see how it goes.  As you may know I just love Jodie's images over at Bugaboo Stamps.  They are so cute, but my favorites would have to be Stella and Gus.  Today I'm sharing an anniversary card that I made.

 
I printed this digi out onto Cryogen White Cardstock and then colored it with my Copics (Y23, Y11, Y00/C5, C3, C1/B12, B00/R22, R00/E11, E00, E000, R20/E27, E25, E21/G40, G20/W5, W2, W00).  I added some Stickles to her veil and the flowers then used some Diamond Glaze on their glasses.  The ribbon is Martha Stewart metallic weave and the DP is from Chatterbox.

Fuzzy-Wuzzy wuz a bear...

Hey, hey, hey!  I hope you all are off to a roaring start this week.  We've got another challenge over at the CMC Copic Challenge group and it's all about coloring Fuzzy-Wuzzy animals.

I'll admit that this is not a technique I use often.  I followed Suzanne's video tutorial and just prayed for the best.  I got this cute image from Digi Stamp Boutique and I used my Copics to color him (E35, E31, E53, E50, R20/G94, G40, G24/Y08/C00/BG10).  I used some new Fancy Pants Designs papers that I got from my LSS, then I took one of my MS punches along the one panel.  I got the pretty wrinkled ribbon from Prairie Bird Boutique (love that stuff!).  The button is from my stash, the twine is Martha Stewart, and I finally used some of my Dew Drops.
